❕When checking out, please double check your address and apartment number/letter if applicable. Customers with packages returned to me due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again to have it shipped out again.❕

Q: Where do you ship?
A: I currently only ship within the U.S!

Q: How long will it take for my order to get to me?
A: It takes me about 5 to 8 days to pack orders. I do everything by myself on top of my regular job.
Once packages are dropped off for shipping, time can vary from roughly 3 to 10 days and sometimes more depending on location/weather/etc.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Please reach out to me within 24 hours of your order to cancel. After 24 hours, orders are final!

Q: I didn't receive my order. Can I get a refund?
A: Once I have shipped out orders, it is out of my control what happens. I do not offer refunds for packages that have been packed and shipped out. You can file for missing mail with usps and I will gladly help in anyway I can!

Q: What is the best way to contact you?
A: You can fill out the template on the contact page here. You can send me a dm on instagram or twitter but I may not be quick to see them.
